  • How do I access my account and my appointments?
    When connected, click on your username in the box at the top right of the screen.
  • Can I cancel an appointment made with SpeedServices?
    It is possible to cancel appointments from your personal custommer space at least 24 hours in advance. You can also write us an email .
  • What happens if I miss an appointment ?
    When not attending his appointment, the client is billed a flat rate of 30CHF.
  • Can I bring my own parts for a service on my vehicle?
    Yes, this is one of Speed Services principles. But beware: the parts deemed non-conforming or dangerous by our engineers will not be mounted on the customer's vehicle. The client brings a new part suited to his vehicle.
  • I can not find my bike, a piece or a service on the site, what should I do?
    Send us a message to let us know. We will do our best to add the missing element in our assortment!
  • How do I know the price and the approximate duration of the operation that will be performed on my vehicle?
    At the last step of making your appointment, the complete offer is available and printable.
  • Do I have a means of transportation available during the intervention on my vehicle?
    A vehicle loan can sometimes be made available to the client, depending on availability in the chosen SpeedService. Contact us early enough.
